The one-sentence answer. Ceramic cookware bought on or after 1 May 2025 carries a three-year limited warranty (one year if bought earlier), titanium and cast iron carry a limited lifetime warranty, every appliance carries one year, and separately you can return or exchange anything that is not final sale within 100 days of it shipping.
The warranty and the trial are two different things with two different clocks, and the exclusions are where most arguments start. All of it below is quoted from Our Place's warranty page and returns page. We earn a commission if you buy through the links here; the terms are Our Place's.
All terms from fromourplace.com/pages/warranty, read 16 October 2026. Proof of purchase is required for every claim, including gifts. A replacement continues the original warranty period; it does not restart it.
On the ceramic pans, the thing most people want covered. The warranty covers “defects in material or construction” under normal use with Our Place's care instructions. It excludes scratches from knives, sharp utensils and appliances; damage from cleaning materials not recommended for nonstick; “minor scratches that do not affect the performance of the nonstick coating”; normal wear and tear; and cosmetic blemishes, stains and discolouration. A ceramic surface that has gradually stopped releasing is the case this page cannot decide for you: it is a question of whether Our Place judges it a defect or wear, and the wording leaves that to Our Place. Our Always Pan page covers care, and the ceramic-versus-titanium decision that this clause is really about.
On the titanium and cast iron pans, there is no coating to argue about. The same exclusions apply in principle, but the surface that wears on a ceramic pan does not exist here, which is the practical reason the lifetime term costs Our Place little to offer.
On the appliances. One year, and the glass door and the included accessories are outside it from day one. The Wonder Oven's bake pan, rack, basket and crumb tray are accessories.
You complete Our Place's Warranty Claim form. Expect to send photographs, answer questions about how the product was used, and possibly try a recommended fix first. The remedy — repair, replacement or refund — is at Our Place's discretion. Return shipping for a warranty claim is free for cookware returned within the country of purchase; for an appliance you pay the return shipping. Proof of purchase is required even for a gift.
What it is. Returns and exchanges within 100 days of the order shipping (or of purchase, in a store), on anything not marked final sale. Gift cards are excluded. The homepage advertises free returns and free shipping over $135; the returns page itself says each item must go back in its own box with its own return label.
The parts people miss. Refunds go to the original payment method and cover the item only: shipping fees are not refunded, and if your order qualified for free shipping nothing is deducted. A returned gift is refunded as store credit, not cash. Anything that arrives damaged at Our Place's facility is not refunded. Returns can only be made in the country of purchase. And Our Place will not refund, replace or help with anything bought from a partner or third party — a Costco or Amazon purchase is Costco's or Amazon's problem.
Timing. Up to five business days to process once the item arrives, and up to ten more for a card refund to appear.
Each card carries the warranty term in its spec line, read from the product page, and the price with the date we read it.

The short answers.
The titanium and cast iron versions do. The ceramic Always Pan carries three years if bought on or after 1 May 2025, and one year if bought before.
Not as such. The warranty covers defects in material or construction and excludes normal wear, minor scratches and utensil damage. Whether a surface that stopped releasing is a defect is Our Place's call under the wording.
The returns page sets no condition beyond the item not arriving damaged, within 100 days of shipping. It does not say “unused”. It does say each item must go back in its own box with its own label.
No. Refunds cover the item cost only. If the order qualified for free shipping (over $135) there was nothing to lose.
The lifetime terms are limited to the original purchaser. Any claim, gift or not, needs proof of purchase.

1919 Cookware is an independent guide to Our Place cookware, written to help you work out what to buy. We earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you, and it does not decide our verdicts — where a rival or a cheaper model is the better buy, we say so. Prices and specifications are read from each manufacturer's own published product data rather than from long-term kitchen testing, and the page below explains what that does and does not settle. We do not accept press samples and no brand reviews our pages before publication. Our Place prices and specifications last verified 16 October 2026; competitor prices 25 August 2026.
