The short version. On 16 October 2026 Our Place listed 32 Always Pan colourways across four pans: twelve for the 8.5-inch, eight for the 10.5-inch, five for the 12.5-inch and seven for the cast iron. Only five colours — Steam, Char, Blue Salt, Sage and Spice — exist in every ceramic size and in cast iron. Four colours exist on one pan only. Every colour of a given pan costs the same as every other, with one exception: Cream, on the 8.5-inch, is $98.99 against $109.

Thirteen colour names, 32 colourways. Read from Our Place's product data for each pan on 16 October 2026: 8.5″ twelve, 10.5″ eight, 12.5″ five, cast iron seven. The titanium pans are finishes, not colours — Chrome, Brushed and Chrome/Gold.
The 10.5-inch is not the widest choice. The Mini has twelve colours, the 10.5-inch eight, the 12.5-inch five. If a particular colour matters more than the size, check the Mini's list first — Tierra, Cielo and Cream exist nowhere else.
The core five are the safe bet. Steam, Char, Blue Salt, Sage and Spice are the colours Our Place keeps across every size and in cast iron. If you want a 10.5-inch and a 12.5-inch to match, or a ceramic pan and the cast iron to match, these five are the only ones that can.
Colour costs nothing — except once. Every colourway of a given pan is one price: $109, $135, $159 or $135. The exception is Cream on the 8.5-inch at $98.99, which Our Place lists against a $109 compare-at price. It is the only discounted ceramic Always Pan variant in the range on the day we read it.
Colours come and go. Our Place's product data for the 8.5-inch was last updated on 16 October 2026, the day we read it; a colour listed here can be gone by the time you read this, and a new one can have arrived. Check the live listing before you set your heart on one.
On stains and patina. Our Place's care guide says “the cookware will naturally patina as you use it” and that a baking soda paste “works to remove drips and stains on the exterior”. It does not say which colours show it most, so neither will we. The full method is on how to clean the Always Pan.
The titanium pans are finishes, not colours. Chrome, Brushed and Chrome/Gold. Gold costs $20 more on every piece and is rated to 750°F rather than 1000°F — the one case in the range where the finish changes a specification. The titanium review covers it.
Prices read from Our Place's product data on the date on each card. Colour does not change the price of any of them, with the single exception of Cream on the 8.5-inch.

Our Place does not say which colours show marks. Its care guide says the cookware will patina with use and that a baking soda paste removes drips and stains on the exterior. We have no owner data of our own and will not invent any.
None — it comes in finishes: Chrome, Brushed and Chrome/Gold. Gold is $20 more on every size and is rated to 750°F rather than 1000°F.
Every colourway was read from Our Place's structured product data for each pan on 16 October 2026 — the same data the store itself sells from, not a marketing page. How we check these pages.
1919 Cookware is an independent guide to Our Place cookware, written to help you work out what to buy. We earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you, and it does not decide our verdicts — where a rival or a cheaper model is the better buy, we say so. Prices and specifications are read from each manufacturer's own published product data rather than from long-term kitchen testing, and the page below explains what that does and does not settle. We do not accept press samples and no brand reviews our pages before publication. Our Place prices and specifications last verified 16 October 2026; competitor prices 25 August 2026.
