No star ratings and no forum anecdotes. Every point here is on Our Place’s own pages, read 20 October 2026: “hand wash only” on every ceramic piece, 450°F and “no broilers, please”, a cast iron pan at 8.75 lb, a warranty that excludes “normal wear and tear”, a 100-day clock that starts when the box ships, and a titanium pan that went from $85 to $155 in seven weeks.

Always Pan 10.5-inch: eight colourways on 20 October 2026, all $135; five shown. Images: Our Place.
Every ceramic piece is hand wash only. “Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe”, “do not fully soak or submerge the pan or pot in water”, “never heat an empty pan”, “use low-to-medium heat”, “do not use metal utensils”. The method is on how to clean the Always Pan.
450°F, and no broiler. “Oven safe up to 450°F” on the Always Pan; “oven safe up to 450°F — no broilers, please” on the Perfect Pot. Only the cast iron (500°F, broiler uncovered) and the titanium (1,000°F) go higher. Are Our Place pans oven safe.
The coating is a consumable, by Our Place’s own framing. Thermakind is sold as “50% longer-lasting”: longer-lasting than something that wears. The warranty excludes “normal wear and tear” and “minor scratches that do not affect the performance of the nonstick coating”; the ceramic term is three years where the coating-free titanium’s is lifetime. Whether a surface that has stopped releasing is a defect or wear is left to Our Place.
The titanium pan has a routine. “Each time you cook, gently preheat the pan over low-to-medium heat and coat the interior with a little oil or fat to activate the NoCo nonstick technology.” “Food needs to cook through and self-release to achieve the full nonstick effect.” “If it is still sticking, give it a little more time or decrease the temperature.” How to clean the titanium pan.
The cast iron weighs 8.75 lb with its lid. 2.2 times the ceramic 10.5-inch (3.9 lb) and 1.9 times the titanium (4.6 lb), with “Gets hot! Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling” in the care list. Cast Iron Always Pan review.
The warranty excludes most of what goes wrong with a nonstick pan. Verbatim: “Normal wear and tear”; “Cosmetic blemishes, stains, discoloration and scratches”; “Failure to follow product use and care instructions”; for ceramic, “scratches from knives, sharp utensils and appliances”; “corrosion or damage from high heat (beyond the recommended heating temperature)”. Ceramic bought on or after 1 May 2025 gets three years from delivery; titanium and cast iron are lifetime for the original purchaser and “not transferable”; “proof of purchase is required for all claims”; the remedy is at Our Place’s “sole discretion”. Full terms on Our Place warranty and returns.
Appliances get one year, and you pay to send them back. “1 Year Limited Warranty” on the Wonder Oven ($185), Wonder Oven Pro ($325) and Dream Cooker ($199); “glass parts and other accessory items that are packed with the unit” are excluded. On a warranty return Our Place pays the shipping for cookware; appliance owners pay their own.
The 100 days start when the order ships. Returns are accepted “within 100 days of your order being shipped”; “final sale items and gift cards” are excluded; shipping fees are not refunded; each item goes back “in its own box with its own return label”; purchases from “partners or third parties” fall under the partner’s terms.
Prices move, and so do sale prices. The titanium 8.5-inch went from $85 (25 August 2026) to $155 (16 October); the 10.5-inch from $135 to $179; the Titanium Pro Cookware Set from $469.95 to $499.95. On 16 October cached pages showed Prime Day prices roughly 20% below list — Dream Cooker $159, Large Wonder Oven $195, Griddle Pan $89 — and fresh reads that evening showed $199, $245 and $119. A sale week is the one time not to pay list. Our Place publishes no sale calendar and no coupon code exists; its Prime Day prices on 16 October 2026 were live for hours, not days, so the live listing is the only price that counts. The “Save $198” banner on the Titanium Pro Set measures against a $698 compare-at in Our Place’s data; against the six pieces bought apart the saving is $78.05.

We do not rank complaints, because we do not count reviews. What Our Place’s own pages warn about is hand washing, a 450°F ceiling, a coating that wears, the weight of the cast iron and a warranty that excludes wear.
The returns page accepts returns “for any reason” within 100 days of shipping and sets no condition beyond the item not arriving damaged; it does not say unused.
