How 1919 Cookware makes money, and what that does not change

This site earns a commission when you buy from Our Place after clicking one of its links. You pay the same price. No price, specification or verdict on any page is altered by that arrangement. The rest of this page says how it works, in plain language, as the FTC's endorsement guides ask.

The one-sentence version. 1919 Cookware takes part in Our Place's affiliate programme and is paid a commission on qualifying purchases made at fromourplace.com after a click from this site.

01

How the site earns

Commission on purchases, nothing else. Every “Check price at Our Place” button and every link beginning /go/ sends you to fromourplace.com through an affiliate link. If you buy within the tracking window Our Place sets, Our Place pays this site a percentage of the sale. If you do not buy, nothing is paid.

You pay the same. The commission comes out of Our Place's margin, not your price. There is no mark-up, no code and no price that is only available through this site; Our Place publishes no coupon codes at all.

The links are labelled. Affiliate links carry rel=“sponsored” so that search engines and browsers can tell them apart, the buttons say what they are, and every review page carries the line “We earn a commission if you buy through the links on this page. It has not changed a figure.”

02

What the commission does not change

No figure. Prices come from Our Place's product data and specifications from its product pages, each with the date it was read. The commission does not raise, lower, round or omit any of them. When a product is a poor buy at its price, the page says so and still carries the button, because the button is how you check the price.

No ranking. There are no sponsored rankings, no paid placements and no products included because a manufacturer asked. Our Place has no say in what is written and does not see a page before it is published.

No verdict. Where a page recommends one product over another, the reasons are the figures printed beside it. Where the commission would be higher on the dearer option, the page still names the cheaper one when the figures favour it.

03

What this site is not

Not Our Place. 1919 Cookware is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Our Place. Our Place, Always Pan, Perfect Pot, Wonder Oven, Dream Cooker, Titanium Pro and the other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to identify the products discussed.

Not a shop. Nothing is sold here. Your purchase, your receipt, your delivery, your 100-day trial and your warranty are with Our Place, under Our Place's terms. What those terms say, read from Our Place's own pages, is on Our Place warranty, returns and the 100-day trial.

Competitor links are ordinary links. Links to Caraway, HexClad, GreenPan, Le Creuset, Made In, All-Clad, Carote or any other maker are not affiliate links unless a page says so beside the link.

04

Reporting an error

Corrections are made as soon as a figure is found wrong. Every page carries the date its figures were read, and the method behind them is on how we check these pages. A corrected page shows the new figure and the date of the new read; where the old figure mattered, it stays on the page as history.

What this page covers. Affiliate income only. It is not legal, financial or safety advice, and it does not alter Our Place's own terms, warranty or returns policy, which govern any purchase.

Our Place prices and specifications last verified 16–26 October 2026; competitor prices re-read 26–28 October 2026 (All-Clad 25 August).
