Every Wonder Oven colour, and why the cheapest model has the most

Eight colourways on the $185 standard model, four on the $245 Large, five on the $325 Pro. If a particular colour is why you are here, that ordering matters — spending more narrows your choice rather than widening it.

Eight colourways on the $185 model

The $185 Wonder Oven comes in eight colourways, and it is the 12-litre, 6-in-1 model that runs from 200°F to 450°F on a 60-minute timer, so picking a colour also picks a specification.

Only two colours run across all three models

Char and Blue Salt are the only names that appear on every Wonder Oven. If you are matching an oven to cookware you already own in one of the other shades, check the specific model before assuming.

Steam and Spice appear on the standard and Large but not the Pro. Cream appears on the standard and the Pro but not the Large. Butter Yellow, Lavender and Sage are standard-model only. Pistachio and Stainless Steel are Pro-only.

Stainless Steel is also the one colour that costs more — $349 against $325 for the five painted Pro finishes.

Why the range narrows as the price rises

Nothing sinister — it is volume. The $185 model sells in the greatest numbers, so carrying eight finishes is economic. The Large and Pro sell fewer units, and every additional colourway is inventory that has to move.

The practical consequence is worth naming though: if colour is genuinely your deciding factor, the entry model is the one that has it. That is an unusual shape for a product ladder, and it works in your favour.

Two things worth thinking about before choosing

Colour ranges get discontinued. Limited-run shades appear and vanish. If you are buying a Wonder Oven now and imagining matching accessories later, buy them together — the Essentials Kit comes in seven colourways and the Baker's Kit in four, so not every oven colour has a matching kit.

A dark oven hides marks; a pale one shows them. This is a 1700 W appliance that will sit in a kitchen and collect fingerprints and splashes. Char is the most forgiving in the range. Cream, Butter Yellow and Stainless Steel are the least. Nobody's product photography shows that, and it is the thing you will live with.

1919 Cookware is an independent guide to Our Place cookware, written to help you work out what to buy. We earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you, and it does not decide our verdicts — where a rival or a cheaper model is the better buy, we say so. Prices and specifications are read from each manufacturer's own published product data rather than from long-term kitchen testing, and the page below explains what that does and does not settle. We do not accept press samples and no brand reviews our pages before publication. Our Place prices and specifications last verified 16 October 2026; competitor prices 25 August 2026.
